Can a double kayak take two seats?
Yes. Each ticket type sets how many seats it takes, so capacity matches your gear.
What if the forecast is bad?
Close the session and rebook or refund from the dashboard. If you allow it, customers change the date themselves from their link.
Can I set prices for schools and companies?
Yes, with group ticket types and discount codes with dates and usage limits. You can also book private sessions from the dashboard.
Do I get paid upfront?
Yes. Customers pay when booking and your cancellation policy applies automatically.
How much does it cost?
Nothing per month and nothing to get started. The first €500 you sell each month pays no commission; beyond that, 2% per booking with a €0.30 minimum. The allowance resets on the 1st of every month. Stripe charges its own fee for each payment separately.
Do I need a website?
No. You get a booking page with your name to link from social media, Google or WhatsApp. If you have a website, the widget fits right into it.
When do I get paid?
Payments go straight to your Stripe account, connected in minutes from the dashboard. Stripe pays out to your bank on the schedule you choose.
What if I cancel a booking?
Refund it, fully or partly, from the dashboard. And if you allow it, customers cancel or change the date themselves under your policy.
Can I also sell at the counter?
Yes. Bookings you enter in the dashboard take seats just like online ones, so you never sell the same seat twice.
