Is there a monthly fee or minimum?
No. If you sell nothing in a month, you pay nothing.
How does the Free plan work?
Each month, bookings up to €500 in sales pay no commission. Beyond that you simply pay 2% per booking, with nothing to change. The counter resets on the 1st.
What does Enterprise include?
A lower commission for volume, custom features and integrations, migration of your current bookings and priority support. Write to us and we will put together a proposal based on what you sell.
From what volume is there a discount?
It depends on your yearly sales and your average booking value. Share your numbers and we will give you a fixed price.
How much does Stripe charge?
It depends on Stripe’s rates for your country and the card type. It is paid directly to Stripe and shows in your account.
When do I pay the fee?
For online sales, when you get paid. For counter or bank transfer sales, on the monthly invoice.
Do I get an invoice for the fee?
Yes, one a month detailing sales, refunds and VAT.
Is there a lock-in?
No. You can stop using it whenever you like.
