Can I offer the same tour in several languages?
Yes. Create the tour in Spanish, English or Catalan, each with its own schedule and capacity, and customers choose when booking.
How does the guide know who is coming?
The check-in app shows the guest list for their session and scans tickets at the meeting point, even without signal.
Do customers get the meeting point?
Yes. It is in the confirmation and in an automatic reminder 24 hours before the tour.
Can I charge adults, students and children differently?
Yes. Each ticket type has its own price and the number of seats it takes.
What about bookings from hotels and resellers?
Enter them in the dashboard. They take seats just like online bookings and receive their tickets by email.
How much does it cost?
Nothing per month and nothing to get started. The first €500 you sell each month pays no commission; beyond that, 2% per booking with a €0.30 minimum. The allowance resets on the 1st of every month. Stripe charges its own fee for each payment separately.
Do I need a website?
No. You get a booking page with your name to link from social media, Google or WhatsApp. If you have a website, the widget fits right into it.
When do I get paid?
Payments go straight to your Stripe account, connected in minutes from the dashboard. Stripe pays out to your bank on the schedule you choose.
What if I cancel a booking?
Refund it, fully or partly, from the dashboard. And if you allow it, customers cancel or change the date themselves under your policy.
Can I also sell at the counter?
Yes. Bookings you enter in the dashboard take seats just like online ones, so you never sell the same seat twice.
